1. The license
Snapr is licensed, not sold. The Free version may be used at no cost. A Pro license lets one person use Pro features on up to 3 computers, for all releases in the major version purchased (e.g. every 1.x release).
2. What you may not do
- Share, resell or publish license keys
- Reverse engineer or circumvent licensing, except where the law allows
- Use Snapr to capture content you don't have the right to capture
3. Your content
Everything you capture belongs to you. Snapr doesn't claim any rights to it.
4. Third-party services
Uploads use your own accounts with Google, Amazon, Cloudflare or Imgur and are subject to their terms.
5. Warranty & liability
Snapr is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, [Your Name] isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. [have this reviewed]
